Piano with Ariel - Studio Policies

Private Piano Lessons

Tuition: Students are required to pay for their piano lessons by the first of each month. Payments received after the 4th of the month incur a late charge of $20. Subscription billing is required for full-time students. Subscription billing takes into account holidays and other planned breaks so that families are not paying for those weeks. All payments are non-refundable.

 

Bi-Weekly Lessons

$80/month = 30 minute Lesson

$130/month = 45 minute Lesson

 

Weekly Lessons

$150/month = includes four 30 minute lessons, recital fees, and room usage fees

$225/month = includes four 45 minute lessons recital fees, and room usage fees

$300/month = includes weekly hour lessons (4 lessons/month) recital fees, and room usage fees

 

Summer Rates: Summer Piano lessons are offered between June 1st and August 31st. Due to the unpredictability of the summer months, students are welcome to schedule bi-weekly lessons. Weekly summer lessons are $150/month.

 

 Materials: Students are welcome to purchase their own books as prescribed by the teacher during the course of the school year.  Piano App subscriptions are available upon request through the teacher account at an additional fee.   

 

Absences: The teacher reserves a spot in her schedule for each student; therefore, students must pay for the reservation even if they are unable to attend their lesson. Students are welcome to schedule virtual or in-person makeup lessons through the Square app. All Make-up lessons must be scheduled during the month of the absence. All absences are non-refundable.

 

Performances: Students are welcome to participate in various performance opportunities. The teacher will schedule recitals throughout the school year. Students are also encouraged to participate in judging events such as the Student Achievement Testing. 

Withdrawal: Those wishing to end their enrollment will need to submit a request in writing by the first of the month.
